We are Roland and Wanda Thiessen, and are living proof that two ordinary humans, each with a bit of baggage, can learn to live together as best friends. We both love Jesus and daily ask our Father God to give us His Spirit. How beautiful it is to be able to open our treasure chest and see the treasures that the Spirit gifts us with. Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-control. We admit our lack, but gratefully acknowledge the gift of forgiveness.
We sometimes say we are Gypsies! Travelling has been our happy place, and we have been blessed to live in different places. We were both raised in the Grande Prairie region of northern Alberta. We love the “Peace Region” and have to admit our roots go a bit deeper there then any place else. Other places we enjoy are Ukraine, Manitoba, Southern Alberta, and Mexico.
God has blessed us with a large family. Wanda likes to say, “We collect children!”
